1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vision Boursière ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Service. The Service is operated by Melou G&K Holding US ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Vision Boursière is a financial research and analysis platform for the Bourse Régionale des Valeurs Mobilières (BRVM). We provide tools for analyzing financial data, tracking portfolios, comparing listed companies, and monitoring price movements.

Vision Boursière is not a brokerage. We are not licensed as a Société de Gestion et d'Intermédiation (SGI) or any equivalent broker-dealer. The Service does not enable you to buy, sell, or hold securities. All trading must be executed through your licensed broker.

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All data and analysis are provided for informational purposes only. Investment decisions are made at your own risk.

We improve our products and advertising by using Microsoft Clarity to see how you use our website. By using our site, you agree that we and Microsoft can collect and use this data. Our Privacy Policy has more details.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at:[email protected]

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Vision Boursière offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued access to paid features requires an active subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select.

Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. Card payments are handled by Stripe; Mobile Money payments (Orange Money, MTN MoMo, and others) are handled by Pawapay. By subscribing via card, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and no refunds are issued for partial periods.

Subscriptions paid via Mobile Money are non-recurring: your access is valid for the duration of the period purchased and will not renew automatically. You will receive reminder emails 7, 3, and 1 day before expiry with a link to renew. If you do not renew before the expiry date, your access will be suspended until a new payment is made.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any data or content from the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable securities laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, charts, and software, are the exclusive property of Melou G&K Holding LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer

We aggregate and process financial data sourced from official publications by the BRVM and listed companies. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty that data is complete, error-free, or up to date at all times. Data may be delayed, restated, or subject to correction.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melou G&K Holding LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - including loss of profits, loss of data, or investment losses - arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
